Greater Boston Property Group is a small desk. We sell houses, place tenants, and manage a handful of buildings — never all three at a volume that would make any of them careless.

Sales
A limited book of houses — brownstones, river Federals, and the North Shore. Photographed properly, written without adjectives that don’t belong, and shown by appointment.

Rentals
Tenant placement for owners who want the right lease, not the fastest one. We write the listing, walk the applicants, and keep the house from becoming a mill.

Management
A short roster of buildings we actually look after. Rent collection, care, and the unglamorous work that keeps a house standing. We take on fewer than we are asked to.
For owners
If you have a house to sell, we will tell you whether this is the season — and if it is not, we will say so. Representation is exclusive, quiet, and priced in the usual way.
If you have a unit to lease or a building that needs a desk, write first. We do not take on inventory we cannot walk ourselves.
