The practice
A desk on the North Shore, and a set of streets we know.
Greater Boston Property Group is the brokerage of Tom Giblin — a small, appointment-only practice for people who want a Boston-area house that still feels like one.
We do not run a mill. We take on a limited book of sales, rentals, and managed buildings in the city, the inner suburbs, and the North Shore: brownstones with their stoops still honest, river-town Federals, and the odd contemporary that understands the block. Buyers come by referral and by walking in. Both are welcome.
The office is in Gloucester. If you want to talk about a house, come by when the light is good — or write first, and we’ll set a time.

01
Sales
Sellers get a quiet process and a precise book. No inflatable dancers. No yard noise unless it helps.
02
Search
Buyers get the listed book and the off-market ones we hear about first. We will tell you when to wait.
03
Rentals & care
A short book of managed buildings and leases. We treat other people’s houses the way we treat our own.
How we work
Listings are photographed properly, written without adjectives that don’t belong, and shown by appointment. If a house needs a week of quiet before anyone walks through, it gets the week.
We cover Back Bay, Beacon Hill, the South End, Cambridge, Brookline, Newton, Concord, and Gloucester — with the occasional exception when the house is worth the extra miles.
If you are relocating from New York or further, we will say so plainly when a property is a pied-à-terre versus a life. That distinction matters more than square footage.
